Scientists invent small camera that can see cancer

Presently, cancer can be detected via image scans such as MRIs or PET scans, along with blood and tissue sample testing. However, scientists at the University of Queensland in Australia have come up with a innovative way of better detecting cancer cells, all thanks to the mantis shrimp.

Too bad that it doesn't cure it, but at least they know what to cut out or at least try to remove all the affected tissue where the case permits.

I don't want to sound like one of those cheesy TV adverts, but it really is amazing to think that one day we will beat cancer. Probably the most amazing achievement of our lifetime.
