To be honest, I don't think there are as many QWERTY users as they think there are, a slice of them have already converted, and as for buying unlocked, nobody is going to pay $599-$699 for that when they can get a better phone for the same price.
They get an A+ for effort, but will get an F when it comes to sales.
Nail in RIMs coffin, specs are pretty good but that handset design is so 10 years ago.
