I’ll start with the screen, it really looks and feels better than I initially thought they would, colors are vibrant/realistic and even outdoor readability is solid, it has a front camera (so you Skypers and selfie-ers will be happy), it has an LED flash, it runs windows 8.1 out of the box, pictures are pretty decent, although the flash makes them a little yellow.
