Before writing an article go indepth and understand the world of adsense and adwords. Look at the numbers in this guy's adsense account. 10% CTR. 10 dollar CPM. No one gets those kind of numbers legitimately. Ofcourse google is right in cancelling the account.

You can't do much on Google policies. As they are the undisputed search champions. I was reading a post on Ninad seo - he had a super detailed example of how Google supports big brands, that spend lacs of dollars in advertising. So for an individual, there is no choice but to follow what Google policies are and be cautious.
