Derp. This is not news worthy. Samsung owes them nothing. You put a high power electronic device under a pillow or any other cover and then add body weight to it, no s#!t it overheated. Can't believe we live in a time where people actually expect/require matters of common sense to be stated in warnings. This is like someone sticking their 8!ck in a ceiling fan then complaining the fan was unsafe.
It's not entirely rare, but it's not uncommon either. It's one of those "few and far between" issues, but they do seem to come in bundles every now and again. Besides, the phone should not have been under her pillow in any case.
