Microsoft’s VP of Windows Marketing, Tony Prophet shared an interesting stat with us today at WPC14 – there are over 1.5 billion Windows devices currently in use worldwide, including desktop and laptop PCs, tablets and Windows phones. This is a significant number and certainly highlights the reach and dominance that Microsoft holds - and what that means to app developers.
