1) allowed punishment for free speech? (ie swearing heard in songs on the radio could result in a hefty fine for the DJ thus eliminating freedom of expression.)
2) allowed corporations to have a media monopoly
3) now wants to end net neutrality continuing their "if it's fixed, let's break it" policy.
