Maximum PC: SteelSeries, one of the players in the gaming peripherals market, introduced its new Sibera Elite Gaming Headset at GamesCom in Colgone, Germany this week. The company tells Maximum PC that this headset is three years in the making. That was enough time for SteelSeries to develop next-generation drivers with "new layers of sound and power that we've yet to have in a pair of cans," as well as implement 7.1 virtual surround sound via Dolby Pro Logic IIx.
Headsets are a dime a dozen these days so it's nice when a set stands out from the crowd. The Siberia Elite have a great price point for what they offer and you'll look like a real fancy pants wearing them too. Check out our review inside.
GamerhubTV takes a look at the latest PC gaming gear from SteelSeries, including the Sensei mouse, Apex keyboard and Siberia Elite Pro Gaming Headphones in this exclusive video.
Steelseries is absolutely horrid. They take cheap materials and sell at outrageous prices.
