BGR: Apple’s new iOS 7 software doesn’t launch to the public until sometime this fall, but users don’t have to wait to get this great new parallax effect. A newly available tweak called “3DBoard” does its best to imitate the effect, and it actually does a decent job.

Cydia has had this 3D affect for almost 3 Years, but hey, it's cooler in iOS 7 now.
it reminds me of the 3DS but thats the coolest thing in this update. everything else is a rehash
