Sony shows its seriousness towards Firefox OS by releasing experimental ROM

Maati.tv - Mozilla is not aiming to go head to head with iOS or Android. Instead Firefox OS is aimed at developing markets, and thus the phones running the OS are quite low end. So far we had not seen any big name manufacturer take interest in this OS, until now that is.In a surprising turn of events Sony has stated that they hope to ship devices running the Firefox OS sometime in 2014 (Firefox OS, Software, Sony)
