actually Apple and HTC have come to some sort of agreement regarding phones.

it was the same contract that Samsung wanted to look at regarding which tech Apple were willing to share with HTC after stating clearly that they (Apple) will never share tech.

i dont think there will be anything from apples side this time, but Microsoft might. you never know.
