ThinkPad Helix to ship early March, says Lenovo

CNet: People looking to buy Lenovo's Helix laptop may not have to wait that long after all. The convertible Windows 8 laptop will begin shipping early March, a Lenovo spokesman told CNET today, though he couldn't say exactly when it will hit retail stores. The Helix will be sold worldwide, but availability will vary by country. (Gadgets, Lenovo, Lenovo ThinkPad Helix, PC hardware, Windows 8)

I'd rather have that than the Surface Pro

It looks like Lenovo are stepping up the mark on Windows 8 devices and the rest really need to catch up soon. I think once we start seeing I3 and affordable devices like this on the market the business side will start to replace laptops with devices like this.

If the big names can start to get the tablets looking as good as the surface and at the right price to catch peoples attention then they could really start shipping windows 8 tablets in big numbers.
