MSI's Slider S20 Ultrabook Shipping in Q1 for $1,200

One of them is MSI's Slider S20 Ultrabook Convertible, which as the name implies is both an Ultrabook and a tablet, depending on how you have the touchscreen oriented. Is it the best of both worlds?
