MSI's Slider S20 Ultrabook Shipping in Q1 for $1,200

Maximum PC: Since Microsoft put so much effort into unifying Windows 8's user interface (UI) across multiple devices, we expect to see a fair number of dual-function devices moving forward. One of them is MSI's Slider S20 Ultrabook Convertible, which as the name implies is both an Ultrabook and a tablet, depending on how you have the touchscreen oriented. Is it the best of both worlds? (MSI, PC hardware, Ultrabook)
