GDC 2016: Xsens Focuses on Whole Body Immersion with VR Motion Suit

Maximum PC: Xsens has been working on 3D motion tracking technology for the past decade and a half. However, the bulk of its solutions up to this point have focused on athletics, 3D character animation, and industrial applications. With VR positioned to disrupt the consumer market, Xsens saw an opportunity to extend its reach to a new audience with a full-body VR motion suit. Our own Jimmy Thang had a chance to try it on and talk with Xsens about its new product.
