AVerMedia's Game Capture HD now records 1080p footage

Digital multimedia company AVerMedia Technologies has released a software update for its Game Capture HD standalone HD video capture device. The update implements support for 1080p video at 60 fps. According to the company, this makes the Game Capture HD the first standalone game video capture device in the industry which brings full frame rate progressive video game play.
