In a few words Apple just got served. Yesterday, October 23, 2012, Apple was dealt a huge blow by the USPTO. After reexamination of Apple’s “bounce back” 381 patent, the USPTO found that patent invalid because of prior art. The prior art showed that the idea was not original and that Apple did not invent this idea, they just patented it. The prior art dates back to October 2, 2003 in which AOL’s Luigi Lira was granted a “controlling content display” patent with the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).
Vision Pro is here and it’s a surprisingly capable device. Apple has also loaded the headset with a ton of options and features that aren’t obvious at first glance.

Apple is anticipated to announce the new OLED iPad Pro this spring. Although there has been considerable speculation about the product, it’s always reassuring when Apple officially confirms certain features through upcoming software updates.
