this article says Apple filed for this in 2010, Nokia been doing it since the 2000s. really. which retard with no prior knowledge of anything tech related approves such junk. seriously. the USA patent office is run by monkeys.
Another win for Apple
I'v said it before and i'll say it again. It's consumers in the end that lose out. Pattents were originally meant to promote innovation, now it's used as a toll bridge, c**kblock, steamroller ect.
Apple seem to just be able to patent what they fancy just to block or sue competitors.
Oh I was designing rounded edged icons and 3D cut out icons for computers and adverts back in 1985 so I don't quite see how Apple can get a patent for something they blatantly copied.
