The OUYA will never be made. The company making it probably has no idea how much it costs just to produce consoles. The money they made from kickstarter is nowhere near enough.
Not to mention that the console would be/is crap. It'd be a glorified Droid, without the calling capabilities. You're better off connecting a controller to a droid and playing that way. But the worst part is that the OUYA would be outdated before it's even released.
