What can we expect next year?

Sammobile: According to our source Samsung is working on a device with 3GB of RAM. The question remains, why would you need 3GB of RAM when 1GB of RAM should be enough? Samsung is continues working on improving their software and it could be that they have been working on a feature were you actually need such amount of RAM. (Phones, samsung galaxy s4)
