What Apple's Tim Cook Needs To Learn From Commander Riker

Forbes : Apple CEO Tim Cook has had a rocky past couple of months. The iPhone 5 is selling, but lacked the ‘wow’ factor that a lot of Apple fans were craving. What’s more, with the Apple Maps fiasco, some tech journalists have started rumbling that he should be replaced and openly wondering if Steve Jobs would be acting like Tim Cook.
