Gadgehit.com writes: "Samsung has quickly debunked rumours that an updated version of their flagship Galaxy S smartphone would be coming as early as March 2013. The rumours began when an unnamed Samsung representative told the Korea Times that the electronics giant were looking to launch the Samsung Galaxy S4 at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in February, with the release of the phone coming a little later."
The Samsung settlement is for just under $14 million dollars, but only $2.8 million is actually going to consumers.
The Galaxy S4, in its day, was a pretty capable smartphone. However, with its fourth birthday fast approaching, its update period has long since passed.

At Google I/O in 2013, Google announced the first two models in the Google Play Edition lineup of devices, the Galaxy S4 and HTC One Google Play Edition.
I'd expect them to want to sell this phone to S3 owners, and if it came out in March, it would be way too early imo, and would probably annoy a lot of S3 owners.
