should we start patenting colours too while all of it is still free.

i mean god forbid you make a phone the same colour as your competitor you could be sued for making it look like the competitors. after all, what do consumers know right.

I think its honestly better in china. Sure people can ripoff your product and make their own by changing the name. But at least everyones got a chance. Right now its whoever has $25,000 per patent.
