Nokia apologises for faked OIS footage

Trailers occasionally draw controversy, but it is far rarer to hear that a video for a phone would cause a stir. Nokia unveiled the Lumia 920 yesterday and promised impressive video quality and a feature called Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). This function is designed to make shaky footage far more stable, as the name implies. As it turns out, the footage captured with OIS was not captured on the device at all, but rather by a separate camera crew."
