Apple has been very busy lately in doing all it can to ban as many Android devices as it can, and HTC, Samsung, and Motorola have all recently got a small taste of the Apple juice lately. But something has changed: Google now owns Motorola, and aren’t wasting any time in defending their new acquisition, as they are now seeking a sales ban on the iPhone, iPad, and Mac computers in the US. This time, it’s personal, and contains a twist that could potentially make this particular lawsuit a very dangerous one for Apple.

Sure, its absurd the amount of things apple has patented, but its not really Apple's fault the US patent system is crap and you can patent the most general stuff.
Think about it, if Apple(or any other company) didnt patent the crap out of everything they do, whats there to stop any random company to file that patent and sue them?

You're absolutely right, and I'm not. I literally couldn't give a damn what he buys. But labeling anyone who supports action against Apples patent trolling a "butthurt andriod/PC fanboy" is ridiculous, but I'd still rather be one than some magpie, won over by shiny plastic and a piece of fruit on any old piece of junk.
Ideally these patent wars should just stop altogether. All the companies involved are pathetic, some are worst than others though. I don't like Google either, but if Apple continue to think they can do whatever they want, then more power to anyone says otherwise.

They bought out Motorola not because of their fanbase, tech, business workings, design or history but for their patents. They stripped the company of everything good and took what they wanted.
At least Apple patents were created and not bought.
Give it to Apple for being passionate about their products from designing to selling them to their customers. Google don't put time or love into anything they do, just reap the money for their investors pockets.

Regardless of whether or not Apple is passionate or not, if they infringed on the patent they could be held liable. If Apple was truly passionate as you say, then they would have done what they should have done in the first place and obtained the rights to use that technology.
How do Google users sleep when their identity as a human is slipping away? Being sold to multinational companies for their marketing campaigns or governments. No privacy or privacy? Freedom but at what price?
Google will soon even know what tooth paste you use before you go to bed.

And of course the other problem with apple is that if they screw something up its the other persons fault. "Flash is bad"... of course it works on your competitors devices, but you wanna look for a scape goat. Loved that iphone that you had to turn a certain way in order to get reception... that one was beautiful when they blamed people for holding it hte wrong way lol.
