if a company blocks the use of facebook at work, they shouldn't be allowed to ask for passwords. employees are not using the employers money to browse facebook during office hours so employers should have no right to demand passwords.
if however facebook was allowed at the office and employees were using paid office hours to use facebook, then sure passwords should be given. similar to that of company emails accounts.
