Google should pay $750 a book, say authors in copyright case
Yahoo : Authors suing Google over the digitization of their books have asked a New York court to order the Internet company to pay $750 for each book it copied, distributed or displayed.

Lol. They will get a nice reduction in the settlement. Funny how a multi billion dollar company who engages in piracy/distribution but a normal individual that downloads some .99 cent songs gets offered a settlement for 4-5k per title. Seems fair

Of course money will come into play and I am sure if both parties can be flexible, then a sound agreement can be met.
