‘Minority Report’ software becomes a reality [video]

BGR: Large-scale motion and gesture-controlled computing is no longer confined to science fiction movies, as Los Angeles-based Oblong Industries again demonstrates its exciting software that gives users a fresh new way to interact with computers. Dubbed “g-speak,” Oblong calls its software a spatial operating environment — and just as Tom Cruise and Collin Farrell did with the computer in Steven Spielberg’s “Minority Report,” users can control g-speak by wearing a special glove and performing gestures in the air.
