To be honest, Yahoo mail is getting rather un-reliable. I sent stuff to myself to see what people were complaining about, some of it was right away, others took an hour, and a few of them literally didn't show up till the following day....

I'd stick to Google and Dropbox.

Yahoo has been scanning your emails to harvest data to sell to advertisers

The U.S. technology industry long ago stopped scanning emails for information to sell to advertisers. Except for Yahoo, it seems. In marketing pitches, the Oath unit of Verizon Communications says it analyzes more than 200 million Yahoo Mail inboxes looking for clues on what products those users might buy.

to be honest, i have lost all trust in yahoo.
after the hacks that happened, then the site was littered with ransomware, ive blocked all my browsers from ever visiting that site ever again.
