Engadget - It's been nearly half a year since Panasonic's Lumix series of cameras got any new members, but today the company is introducing three more shooters to the family. First up is the DMC-G5, the latest addition to the company's Micro Four Thirds lineup.
Pocket-Lint: Panasonic's FZ200 is the sequel to one of the best bridge cameras we have ever played with: the FZ150. It features a whopping 24x zoom which even more impressively manages to stay at a constant f2.8 aperture throughout. This alone makes it a tempting enough package, add in some other top-end Lumix features and you've got the bridge camera to beat.
Pocket-Lint: Panasonic made quite a splash in the digital camera world when it launched the digital mirrorless camera in 2008. Since the arrival of the DMC-G1 there has been plenty of competition and a lot that impresses.
Pocket-Lint: Compact cameras need to make a serious song and dance in order to justify a hefty price tag. With smartphones doing a similar job, they also need to outshine the mobile. Panasonic's new LX7 hopes to do just that, with a speedy F1.4 lens and a tonne of features, including full-HD video, in-camera effects and full manual shooting control.
