Google working on software patch to avoid Galaxy Nexus sales ban

Cnet: Within hours of a federal judge denying Samsung's request to delay a ban on U.S. sales of its Galaxy Nexus phone rooted in a patent tussle with Apple, Google says it is already working on pushing out a patch to address the issue. (Gadgets, Industry, Phones, Software)

I'm sick of this patent bullshit. Its hurting us the consumer in the long run as its stiffling innovation. Whatever happened to making the best product you can and selling it? I'm an iPhone user and I own and iPad but I'm out of contract on my phone right now and Apple are really making me reconsider waiting for the iPhone 5, I may just get an S3 instead.
