It's not even Chrome. It's a webkit wrapper with Chrome sync. Stupid morons at Apple won't allow google to use it's actual v8 engine to power it. It's essentially safari, gimped a bit (apple wont let anyone access its nitro engine in safari) and then reskinned.
On top of that, you can't change the default browser on iOS.
Stick to android if you want Chrome on your phone, for now.
