Topping Rightware's Browsermark 2.0 benchmark is a listing for the Samsung GT-I9500, believed to be the codename for the Galaxy S IV, and it looks to be a scorching fast device.

@Sir - If you bought products every time they came out, you'd be broke (unless you had money shooting through your ears). It has always amazed me how iPhone fans ditch their phones after just a year. The hardware definitely is improving but imo, apps aren't progressing at the same rate to even maximize the new specs being offered on today's phones. I wouldn't worry about it.
