Buzz Feed FWD-Last summer was big for slut-shaming on Tumblr. (That is, if there can be a time that's especially "big" for something as persistent and widespread as slut-shaming.

I find these memes to be nonsense mostly.

Mark4844116d ago

And may be these nonsense may became interesting for others .

KingPin4116d ago

i don't see the problem with this.

its not like its aimed at a specific person directly, its aimed at general boys and girls. if you feel it doesn't apply to you, you wont find it offensive and you'll have a good laugh. but if you do find it offensive, chances are you taking it way too seriously coz your name isnt written on it and the girl in the meme doesn't know you from a bar of soap.

besides, if a girl is a skank she should be proud of that, i mean its only her choices that got her to be on in the first place.

People who make those kind of memes are idiots. I'll stick to ragefaces, image macros and dubbed clips thank you very much!

There's nothing wrong with satire, but judgmental memes like this are just plain rude. One has a right to think what they wish in private, but who am I to tell someone else what to wear? Or how to behave?

killershadow1174115d ago

You do have a point with the judgmental part, but the author of the article was trying to say that the memes are sexist. She is saying that the reason the memes are so bad is because they are sexist, which in my mind makes no sense since it is either girls making jokes at other girls or girls making jokes at guys (which is technically sexist but I just see it as making jokes).

i think all ISPs are killing net neutrality for their own gain.
until it becomes law, it will continue.

They’re not killing the porn though, right?

KingPin2484d ago

lol that depends on where you getting your porn.
if you using regular sites, sure, they arent.
if you trying to download it via p2p, they are.
