Give me a break intel slow down 1366/then i went bought 1155 then soon done that you announce 2011 and then ivy bridge and now 1150. Gasp.

Its their tick tock model they are running, they are releasing a new series each year. Next year chip will still see be 1550 but at 14 nm.

I'm still running an E8400 which is fine for everything other than BF3.

Planning on upgrading this year but don't know if I should wait for Haswell.

I think Intel should start to look at there mobile side of the market more than the x84/64 processors as they could be in for a big shock in the Windows Market once we see the big supply of Windows 8 tablets on the market.

We will still need X86/64 for Business and Games but home and media users will start to look more that the RT side and I think this could be Intel's big down side.
