Just do your job as a parent, explain what it's about and that it's normal, and move on.
Making a huge drama out of this is probably more 'traumatizing' for the kid than finding the pictures in the first place, cause now he's being taught that nudity and sex are supposedly stuff to be very much ashamed of and 'abnormal'...

So the kid said "Dad, theres porn on it". How did he even know what porn was to begin with?? Clearly, it wasnt his first experience with it. Bad that it happened, but the parents are definitely milking this for a lawsuit.
Hope he gave them an earful. That's just unacceptable.
