Facebooks legal team have told me I am banned from Facebook because of F.B. Purity

Just started using the program, it's really good. It's nice to filter out all that spam from games at the very least.

This reminds of that ps3 youtube bookmarklet from Daniel B.
Even today it still cleans up YT & Wiki pages on the ps3.
I can't download from YT from it anymore, but I still get the better half of YT... namely the comments.

Edit: I get it! Less eyeballs on ads less revenue for them.
Still installing F.B. Purity on firefox anyway.

to hell with this guy and his browser plugin or whatever it is. Heres an idea.. build ur own site like facebook. Facebook is abuisness of advertising really... if u dont like it dont use it. DOnt try to cut in on the way they make their money.

SilentNegotiator4136d ago

........you bought IPO stock in Facebook, didn't you?

Kurylo3d4135d ago

Can you give me half your paycheck so i can pay my bills? Thats pretty much what u do by cutting out a companies income method. Its like saying I want your service but u better find a new way to pay for it. lol

hazelamy4136d ago

but somebody who wants to use something like this is not likely to click on any ads even if they are forced to see them.

A pretty sad response. I don't use FB myself but I do use grease monkey scripts and they are so useful. Add ons like this should be encouraged as they make for better, customised experiences.

Well.....there's always myspace. Drop a few searches on Ultavista for other few other hip social networks.

:P

sikbeta4135d ago

2 years from now, when some other site like this becomes pop, you'll say... "well... there's always facebook"... and the cycle will continue :P

coolbeans4135d ago

One thing will remain the same: I'll keep using Ultavista.
