Steve Wozniak was never their CEO.
Having meet Steve Woz also, I can easily say he's a bit of a fruit cake much like Steve Jobs bio described him.

Well, Microsoft has been far more innovative and ballsy lately. With Kinect, Surface, Smart Glass... What has Apple done lately? Suing people for being better, that's what. Apple is a shadow of its former self.

Agree totally, the true hipsters that love apple are wavering because the masses are coming in strong. Apple just got caught up in the amount of money it could make for the same product year after year.

"What has Apple done lately?"

Making major profits and having near personal record high stock prices (granted it's falling because it hit an unbelievable, unsustainable high).

I'm not saying that they're innovative. But I am saying that all of the anti-Apple hipsters that think they aren't hipsters are kind of missing the plot when it comes to looking at Apple as a BUSINESS. Apple is selling lots of product; this "Apple is starting to fall apart because no in-o-vashun!" sentiment is pretty much just crap.

well you cant be innovative every year. each innovation requires a massive rnd works on the process. it might take years to come up with something new.

probably apple's rnd currently working on something new, and its time for others to show what they've done lately. it usually works like that.

remember it took 5 years for apple to step from ipod (which is an innovation in mp3 player if you ask me) to iphone (well I dont have to tell you how big was the iphone right?).
