its harsh. sort of like the big picking on the weak. is the restaurant a very known place?
the blogger did seem genuine and sounded like there was no other motif other than to express their experiences and opinions to their readers so that they can warn other people. the translation was bad. but it did sound like they have been there before and have enjoyed it.
i can see why restaurant owners can be suspicious or scared of bloggers with bad reviews though. some can actually be from rival restaurants to try and ruin their businesses.
There's absolutely no reason anyone should be fined over a genuine review.
